We make the buying process as easy as possible and offer flexible pricing options to suit your needs. See below for a summary of how to engage the Assessment services. The process is so simple, within 30 minutes you could be trained and using your own secure live account.
3 Steps to Assessments and Assessment Manager
Step 1: Demonstration:
Call us and talk to one of our friendly expert team who will listen to your needs and offer advice on the best package for you.
With their guidance you will enjoy a live walkthrough of the system over the telephone so that you can experience the process for yourself.
Step 2: Free Trial:
The team will provide you with a fully functioning login details - so that you can browse the system and familiarise yourself at your own pace and convenience. This will enable you to not just check the ease of use and speed of administration but also and importantly check the “Candidate” experience.
Step 3: Ordering:
Your contact will send you an order form to sign and fax back
Upon receipt, your live account will be activated and ready for use
We will issue an invoice and available payment methods

Assessments can be purchased in 4 ways to suit your needs:
Annual Licence – How does it work?
Annual licences are typically set for a 1 to 5 year term
The price is volume and term discounted to reward long term commitment.
Volume is the number of tests you estimate you will use for the coming year (we can help).
Based on the predicted volume, we will set up the account to reflect anticipated usage.
Once set, we will monitor the account and if requested, provide regular usage statistics.
Where an account is set at "Unlimited”, reasonable and fair usage applies, to provide you with the flexibility to meet your business needs.
No additional charges will be incurred during the term of that account, provided you are within 10 per cent of your annual predicted usage.
Shortly before each anniversary of the account we review the actual test usage and discuss with you any revisions.for the year ahead to ensure you recieve the optimum discount on your pricing plan that is appropriate for your business needs.
Costs are inclusive of unlimited telephone refresher training, unlimited support for you and all of your candidates from a dedicated support team, all upgrades, account management and customer care calls.
Credits (pay as you go) - How does it work?
Credits are purchased by you and added to your account as and when you need them. (Minimum order volumes apply) – see Step 3 Ordering
Every time you assign a test a credit is used. So each test is 1 credit (inclusive of summary and detailed reports, exporting functions and full system capabilities).
1 Month access
Full system access for 1 month. This suits those times where you may have a recruitment drive, but for a short period of time only. e.g. a single vacancy.
The Bureau Service (we do it all for you)
Basically we can manage the assessments for you. All you need to do is provide us with the candidates name, email address and test you would like us to send.
The Bureau Service is a team of expert consultants who provide short term support to you if you do not have the time or resource available. The Bureau is an extension of your in-house team and can provide flexible, time-saving services from simple CV collation through to Candidate CV evaluation and sifting, testing and profiling. - Just call for a quotation.
