During this time, businesses are extremely busy and our expert consultants deliver the "Steps to Success" programme. The programme is specifically designed for affected staff and to deliver the support, guidance and the confidence to enter the job market. Candidates exit with visible and valuable support from the organisation which allows HR to remain focused on the core tasks.
