The custom-built module has proved successful in large corporations, as it offers the flexibility to create tests which assess the specific skills and competencies required for a particular role. As a result, Create Your Own provides a powerful tool for determining the quality of individuals for potential employment as well as for assessing progression in the knowledge and skills of existing employees.
The module is straightforward to set up and allows the client to choose from a range of question types. Examples include:
- Multiple choice
- Audio
- Essay
- ‘Fill in the blank’ questions, with images if required.
Clients can also chose if they would like the tests to be taken in-house or emailed to individual candidates at remote locations.
