We are currently recruiting. To facilitate our planned growth this year we are currently looking for 2 full time members to join our team.
Field Sales – THE ROLE
The role is to generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling and visiting potential new customers to perform client facing sales presentations. You will be required to present the Skillsarena solution in a professional manner and facilitate the smooth introduction of new clients to the internal team.
It is a national role so will mean being able and willing to travel anywhere in the UK to secure new sales and when not out on the road, be in the office to generate new prospects.
Telesales / Office Administration (combined) – THE ROLE
TELESALES - The main purpose is to generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, prospecting and contacting potential customers. We are looking for a confident, well organized individual with strong pc literacy skills who can bring real value and benefit to the business. The role requires strong flexibility and adaptability combined with a high degree of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a changing environment. As part of a small team, the successful candidate maybe involved in almost every aspect of the business including generation of sales leads, data entry, co-ordination of the field sales team and accurate administration.
ADMINISTRATION - The main purpose of the Administrative Assistant is to be responsible for the daily running of the office administrative procedures. This role is also likely to include other support tasks at the specific request of the Sales Director. The position also involves administrative support of the sales and development team when required.
